General Terms and Conditions for Online-Payments
This facility is only for Consultation by appointment as a matter of convenience. HHS expressly disclaims any claim or liability arising out of the provision of this Service. The User agrees and acknowledges that he/ she shall be solely responsible for his/ her conduct and that HHS reserves the right to terminate the rights to use of the Service immediately without giving any prior notice thereof.
Booked appointment is non -transferrable for any other Consultant or Patient likewise Payment made through online mode is non-transferrable
In case of multiple consultation appointments, separate transactions will have to be processed.
Please note that the doctor may change the schedule of timing, in such case the appointment would be cancelled by the hospital, refund will be processed online in the payers name. The processing of the refund will take 7 working days.
Please note that, for cancellation of appointment on patient request, the patient needs to send an email in advance to frontoffice@hindujahealthcare.com at least 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment, refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving such a request. In case the cancellation request is less than 24hrs then the appointment can be rescheduled, no refund will be provided. The Hospital will inform you when the refund is ready via email.
For rescheduling of cancelled appointments, a fresh appointment is required to be booked. You may contact frontoffice@hindujahealthcare.com or call on 02261746180, the concerned staff will assist you with the same in such case, if you wish you pay on-line a new payment transaction will have to be processed.
Please ensure that the Credit/ Debit card details provided by you for availing the services are correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully not owned by you
The hospital cannot accept the liability for a payment not received by the hospital due to incorrect card details or personal details provided by you, neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by Credit/ Debit card company for any reason
Refund for Charge Back Transaction: In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach HHS with his/ her claim details and claim refund from HHS alone. Such refund (if any) shall be affected only by HHS via payment gateway or by means of a demand draft or such other means as HHS deems appropriate. In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Charge Back” shall mean, approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited or charged back to merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider's accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties and other charges incidental thereto.
The information provided will not be utilized and shared by the hospital to the third parties unless required by law regulations or court orders
Server Time-out/ Session Time-out In case the web-site or payment service providers web-page is experiencing any server related issues like slow down or failure or session time-out the user shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/ her bank account has been debited or not.
HHS and the Payment Service Provider assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by the User on account of:
(I) the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway or Services in connection thereto; and/ or
(ii) any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
The User shall indemnify and hold harmless the Payment Service Provider and HHS and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions arising out of or in connection with the utilization of the Services
HHS reserves a right to revise the consultation charges or other charges or withdraw or suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all of the services without prior notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the HHS.
You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the sites/services.
